The Levi, Ray, & Shoup global headquarters is a six-acre campus with over 160,000 square feet of office space.  The expansion project consolidates five individual office buildings into a single 58,000 square foot structure, which will accommodate future growth for the company.

DTLS collaborated with the LRS executive team to create a unified campus master plan, with a specific focus on promoting workplace collaboration and corporate wellness in an outdoor environment.  From simple enhancements at the existing fitness center courtyard, to the development of a programmed one-acre employee greenspace, the various design components contribute to a cohesive overall work environment.
