Emily’s contributions to DTLS are as varied as her background.  Prior to joining the team in 2014, Emily earned degrees in dance and studio art, and worked as a toy designer and expert organizer.  While her primary role is managing the company’s financial operations such as accounting and invoicing, she’s also a key resource for office operations, contract writing, marketing, certifications, human resources, and IT coordination.  A master proofreader, Emily is the final check before written materials leave our office.  She continues to put her artistic training to good use in the development of the most colorful spreadsheets around.  Away from work, Emily enjoys painting and other artistic pursuits, as well as cultivating her rain garden, and spending time with her daughters and pets.
