A native of central Illinois, Brad began his career in Florida before returning to the Midwest to join DTLS in 2015.  His experience leading design-build projects combined with his business management background have helped to form his knowledge base in design, detailing, budget forecasting, construction documentation, and construction review.  A skilled communicator, Brad enjoys serving as a conduit between the design team and constructors, finding satisfaction in bringing concepts to life .  He draws design inspiration from the building process, always on the lookout for opportunities for refinement and improvement.  Brad applies these principles of continual learning and incremental progress to his off-time pursuits as well, including fly fishing and playing the banjo.
